Join us for a relaxed 5KM run through Central London as we prepare for the Brighton Marathon and Brighton & Hove 10K.
This session is all about loosening the body, settling the mind, and connecting with the community before race day. Whether you’re running the races or just coming for the vibes, all paces are welcome.
We’ll meet at 9AM and set off at 9:30AM, keeping the pace easy and conversational throughout.
